Did You Know?

Trees absorb carbon dioxide from the air to form carbohydrates that are used in the tree’s structure and function.
100 trees remove 21 tons of CO2 per year!

Trees filter the air we breathe by removing dust and other particulates. Rain then washes the pollutants to the ground.
100 trees remove 604 lbs of pollutants per year!

Introducing a new way for tree professionals

to spread the word about trees

brought to you by The Britton Fund  and

Healthy Communities Grow on Trees

As an arborist or tree worker, you know that

trees are good for your community.

·     Trees are Energy Savers

·     Trees Increase Home Value

·     Trees Clean the Air

         … and so much more

Now there's an easy way for you to help Spread the Word

...and earn CEU's while doing it!

It's as easy as

one, two, tree...

1. Find an event in your community such as a pancake breakfast, earth fair, or a farmer's market.

2. Check out a table top display from the Britton Fund through this website.  It comes complete with brochures and a prep kit to help you brush up on your tree facts.

3. Spread the word about the benefits of trees at your community event.

We'll even give you a couple of CEUs if you fill out an event report afterwards.

If you don't know of any events in your community, ask us and we'll let you know when we hear of one.

Spreading the word has never been easier!
